The year 2010 is full of new horizons and

bountiful opportunities! Take advantage of

each and every day in this New Year! Over the

past 12 ½ years, Gold Canyon products have grown

from a simple candle to a variety of amazing fragrant

products, such as Scent Pods® and warmers, room

sprays, diffusers, linen scents and more.

Just like the variety of incredible products we offer, Gold

Canyon has grown to include thousands of amazing

Demonstrators that make up our Gold Canyon family.

Each individual has their own unique talents and

qualities. This variety is what makes us beautiful and

successful.

Whether you have been a part of our Gold Canyon

family for years or are a first time customer, I want to

Gold Canyon's Manufacturing Standards

Did you know that Gold Canyon’s proprietary recipe combines the highest quality waxes along with the perfect combination of fragrances and additives. This special combination is what makes Gold Canyon’s candles the most aromatic candles available on the market! Guaranteed! Our candles are manufactured in the U.S.A. in Chandler, Arizona. We use only the finest raw materials. Our final products are not tested on animals!


Our fragrances are made of both natural and synthetic oils. Gold Canyon uses only the highest quality blend of both of these types of oils to create the finest fragrances. Gold Canyon’s fragrance quality can also be attributed to the number of notes found in the fragrance. Notes are a group of specific aromas that create a fragrance. High quality fragrances always incorporate three important and distinct note characteristics. Because Gold Canyon maintains the highest standards, it only uses superior fragrances in its products. You can learn more about these note characteristics in my November 23, 2008 post entitled “Anatomy of a Fragrance.”


Gold Canyon’s glass containers are manufactured to meet the standards set by both the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM International) and the National Candle Association. Each piece of glass is hand inspected for quality control.


Our Heritage line of candles contain a hidden image of a child kneeling in prayer on their labels. I bet you didn’t know that! See if you can find the image on your candle! This child is the symbol for Gold Canyon’s Prayer Child Foundation. Through this foundation, our company, demonstrators and customers work together to positively affect the lives of children.

Gold Canyon uses different high quality waxes based on the needs of our different candle lines. We use both a food-grade paraffin wax as well as natural vegetable wax. Food-grade paraffin wax is used in the majority of our candle products. The Paraffin comes from companies that manufacture food-grade paraffin as a primary product and from refineries as a by-product. Vegetable wax is a renewable resource made with all natural ingredients that provides a clean, even burn. Our pillars are made from the vegetable wax.
